All financial transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and must be completed through the designated payment methods. Deposited funds must come from legitimate sources only, and any transactions associated with money laundering or illegal activities are strictly prohibited. The ubajee platform provides services on an "as is" basis and is not liable for any damages caused by technical disruptions, server downtime, or failure of third-party services. If any bet or game is left incomplete due to an internet disconnection, the result will be determined according to the system logs. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ubajee is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
